What a great experience! I was referred from a friend after my wife was commiserating about our unwelcome guests in the attic. For a couple months now, we were not sleeping in our master bedroom due to the scratching and walking we were hearing during sunrise and sunset. I was waking up daily at 5:30am every morning just so that I could let them know that it was time to get out.
As soon as I got home from the BBQ, I took a look at their website and their knowledge and experience was undeniable. I got a kick out of watching their videos and knew they could help me with my problem.
After filling out some quick questions, their support staff contacted me in less than 24 hours and we had an honest discussion about my concerns. In less than a week, Pete came by and within 10 minutes, he was able to tell me how they got in and what he was going to do about it. Pete was great to work with and was a true professional. He took the time to walk me through the repairs, the cost and the payment options. After approving the work, he was detailed and efficiently completed the job in less than 40 minutes. Pete even visited a week later just to access the success of his work. This kind of care really shows their expertise and knowledge. This is quality service at it's finest and worth every penny we paid.
