There was a scratching sound in my ceiling. Tony came out on the day we arranged and he was early. He gave a thorough inspection and shared that it wasn't a squirrel problem as I'd thought. He recommended how to deal with the problem in a very thorough and complete manner. On top of that, there was no charge as they felt it was only an assessment they provided. Amazing service and one I'd highly recommend. Well done Gates, well done.

Hi Adam, the most common reason our customers call us in the first place is because they are hearing noise in the ceiling or walls of the house. It is often difficult to diagnose a given problem over the phone and that is why we offer a free on-site inspection in order to properly identify the cause of the noise.
