Raccoon Pried Open Roof Soffit
After hearing what sounded like the roof being ripped open, we contacted AAA Gains. Justin arrived promptly and confirmed what we suspected - a raccoon had ripped the lower roof soffit open and made his way inside. Justin made suggestions for what was necessary to do immediately as well as preventative options. We decided to have it all done and Justin performed the work immediately even installing one way door for raccoon to escape in case he was still in there as well as metal wire guards over suspect areas and over roof vents .
