After reading many positive reviews about Gates, I decided to contact them with the hope that they could help me deal with my serious raccoon problem.
The short story is that raccoons were suddenly able to get under my house (I have no basement) due to a proximity and decaying foundation problem with my neighbour that impacted my property. Joel from Gates came to assess this and came up with a solution that I thought completely reasonable, but was unsure if it would ultimately work, given the issues. The price was very fair and I decided to give it a try. In the end, the work was solid and Joel was a total pro. He resolved the problem and was completely diplomatic with my neighbour, who factored into the equation as it affected his property as well. Totally satisfied and would recommend Gates to anyone with wildlife issues who want confident, professional service!
