Justin fixed this problem and put in the low cost test for wildlife in three other holes in my roofing, and assessed all my eavestroughs & roofing with specific recommendations for a roofer. Very courteous, great communication, he arrived earlier than the schedule appointment and was done on time (office estimate 1 hour). The office was great too, making the appointment was a breeze and they called me the day before to confirm so I didn't have to worry about a no show. Following the assessment, the work that I agreed to was done on the spot (no pressure for a more expensive solution, just explanation of pros & cons), and I paid with a credit card right there. All around excellent job and experience!
