1-800-GOT-JUNK?

Patrick and Curtis were very nice, very quick and did a great job organizing why would be donated versus what was junk. Thank you. We would definitely use 1800gotjunk again and hope to get the Patrick/Curtis team.

I-800 Got Junk just relieved me of a whole lot of unused and unwanted items including rusty old patio furniture and an old BBQ. They were on time, polite, friendly and very efficient. I had a stack in the basement, a stack outside and then the furniture was on the back deck. They moved it all quickly and were in and out within 30 minutes. I've never used another junk removal company (so I can't compare) because 1-800-Got Junk has never given me reason to!

Needed to remove 4 heavy furniture pieces from basement, plus large exercise equipment in garage. Although this company is a little more expensive than competitors (hence why it's not a 10/10), not many competitors service my area. Of the companies who service my area, this was the best reviewed. Dave & Tom came by, did the job quickly and were very professional. Would not hesitate to use their service again (even if you pay a small premium).

They responded quickly, were friendly, agreed to a reasonable cost, and gave me a coupon for myself or a friend for next time. Um, I'm supposed to use more words.

They were on time, hard working, did a great job, we were very happy with their service. Overall very happy with the service, they are an environmentally conscious company as what they could recycle, they made sure to got the products to the appropriate location. I would highly recommend them for anyone for personal or business purposes.

After receiving the keys to our new home we were devastated by the pile(s) of garbage left behind. One easy call to 1 800 got junk and they arrived with 4friendly crew members that quickly and efficiently cleaned and removed every last morsel of trash ,including sweeping before they completed the job ! Would definitly reccomend to anyone

Excellent customer service. the main 1800 number is staffed by friendly knowledge people. the local crew (patrick and ryan) called in the morning, to give an ETA, then called to give us the 15 minute ETA. They arrived, quickly assessed the work and provided a quote. What I liked about this company is that they gave me a maximum amount. I knew I had approx. 15 sq yards of junk. The maximum they charge is $546 for a full load. When I reserved, I asked for an empty truck. They arrived with a small load, then proceeded to break down the first load to allow for my large load. they worked very quickly, were friendly and funny too. They were in and out in about an hour. I had considered renting a bin (at half the cost), but it would have taken me all day running up and down. I also had some very large heavy items. Utilizing 1800 got junk saved me a full day of hard physical labour, and allowed me to tidy up the basement immediately upon their departure.

We hired 1-800-Got Junk to remove a full truckload of debris from our newly renovated home (carpet, underlay, scrap lumber and metal, broken concrete chunks and miscellaneous rubbish). The crew arrived right on time with a clean and suitable truck; their uniforms were clean (not an easy feat in their business) and they were eager to get to work. They viewed the waiting material, explained their pricing and provided an estimate. They proceeded to completely fill their truck, making an immediate significant improvement in the look of our property. The service is not cheap, but neither is the quality of their service. We were very pleased with the job.
