On the phone you describe what junk you have and they quote you $133 + HST but when they get to the place the estimates all of sudden jump to over $600 ... don't trust some of the reviews and don't trust what they say on the phone. Even from weight and filling up truck perspective ...they are not honest. I tired them 2 times and each time the same story. I complained and provided my telephone number to the area manager to call me back but do you think they would return my call once the transaction is complete.... Nope.

Hi Parv - I'm sorry to hear that your experience with our service did not meet your expectations with respect to the cost. In most cases, our booking agents do not give a quote over the phone, but can give some example prices. In Toronto, our minimum charge is $149 + HST, but the cost can increase depending on how much of the truck you fill with the things you want removed. The final price is always determined by the truck team when they arrive on site and can accurately assess the size of your load.
