Brock installed a sliding door replacement for me, they were very professional from start to finish. There were a few minor defects from the manufacturer and were promptly resolved within a reasonable time period.

The two installers who came to put in the windows, arived on time and got right to work. My wife had to force them into taking a break as ske made them tea. They knew what they were dioing , got to work and cleaned up after they were done. Nothing but good raves about your two installers.

Just had a large window (10 feet x 8 feet) installed in our dining room and we were very pleased with the quality of the window and with the installers. the installers were very professional and carried out the job in the timeframe we were given. They left the area clean and took all the packing material and old window with them.

Product knowledge of Sales rep was extremely good and advice was excelent! The installation team did a top notch job with a very strong attention to detail. We truely like our new windows and would highly recommend Brock to anyone. We are looking forward to the installation of our front entrance doors and overhead window. We know it will be a first class job as well!!

From the time you order your windows until they leave you are treated with the utmost respect . Agree with all the other reviews here. Just thought that I'd add that the customer service was fantastic. The sales rep was calm, professional and did not try to oversell the product. Left us with a giant package of brochures so we could read up on the products they offered.
The installer was great too. Mike fixed a completely non-related issue with my front door that he spotted when he did the measurements for the windows. Crew were on time, friendly and did a great cleanup job.
Pretty much the perfect case scenario of how a contractor should do business.

Given that the window replacement market is so competitive it can potentially feel both daunting and overbearing as a customer who with no prior knowledge is simply seeking reliable information and advice. I therefore give full credit to all the team at Brock who took the time to explain and help us choose the right kind of windows and patio door for our home.This process started with the initial contact person
/ receptionist who was polite and effecient and then followed through by Walter who came out to listen and discuss various options at our convienience. His invaluable help helped us to choose not only the correct type and style of windows for our basement and bedrooms, but he rightly pointed out(un-like other reps who had come around) that the structure of our kitchen was suitable to modify from the existing french doors to a beautiful new patio door.Our contract installer,Don,was exceptionally effecient and although we could not be there on the day of the installation he phoned us at regular intervals to provide us with the re-assurance that all was going well. When we arrived home we were delighted not only with the windows and door but also with the fact that there was no mess left for us to deal with. The windows made by North Star are already proving to be energy effecient and the patio door has just provided us with a whole new and beautiful view of our garden. Mark Hill was great, he came to the house after our first contact in the showroom,always on time,and made good suggestions on the windows.
Dan was our installer,he and his partner did the jobs very efficently and neatly.They cleaned up and the windows looked great.
We have noticed a great saving in our gas consumption over the winter,20% less gas and the winter was 17% colder! What more can one say,except too bad we have no more windows to change!

Brocks product line and installer are first rate. No installation problems whatsoever. On time, On Price and site clean-up during and afterward. I highly recommend Brock and their installer "John".
Northstar windows installed along with a patio door replacement.
