Replacing two small, older bedroom windows was on my to do list this spring. I contacted Brock windows and doors when my previous window installer did not return my calls. Adam contacted me promptly and came to price the job. He was friendly and professional and knew what he was talking about. After selecting two windows we spoke about my door situation. He offered suggestions without being pushy and I liked what I saw so ended up replacing the screen door to my backyard.
Date was set for the install and the friendly phone associates called to confirm and remind me. The installer Sokol showed up at the pre-determined time with one other assistant. Both were friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. They were clean workers and didn't waste time. As far as the windows, they are good quantity and have greatly improved the air circulation upstairs. The door is beautiful- the full glass panel makes me feel like I'm right in the yard even when I'm inside. This was a painless renovation and I'm very pleased with the results.
