Solution Renovations

We have a very chalanging project as our home is located on a creek and the setbacks mean we have to expand within the existing foundations. With John problem solving designs we will turn our little house into a creeks side retreat.

The owner is very knowledgeable and experienced. They corrected an error to our satisfaction. The framers did not do a level job on some parts of the sub-floor. They had to come back twice and correct the problem without any complaints. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.
