I am sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied. Woodpeckers and Flickers can be challenging and as a protected bird species we are limited in to what we can do to control them. Plus using any taste deterrents or visual deterrents are not successful every single time. This must be explained prior to the service call. Sometimes we need to retreat or tweak the program by combining approaches.
