Finished Basement did a great job this spring finishing my basement in Mississauga! From the very start they impressed me much more than any of the other companies I called for quotes. Andrew was very professional and was able to accommodate our busy schedule and came late in the evening for the estimate. He spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions and going over the different options with us. He was straight forward and transparent and inspired our trust. We obtained a few other quotes, but decided to go with Finished Basement and we are really happy that we made this choice. The whole crew was really amazing. Andrew, Natalie and Igor spent a lot of time with us over the design, materials and other options. They have a great selection of materials and you can easily complete your whole design in their show room. At the same time, there was no pressure to buy everything from them and they made it really easy for us to purchase some of the materials from elsewhere. They even picked up the tiles that we chose directly from the store and delivered them on site for the installation. The whole time, Andrew and Natalie were always accessible and quickly responded to any questions we had, which made it that much easier for us to finalize our design. The actual work was also done perfectly and within two weeks as promised. The crews were extremely professional and kept the work site very clean and tidy. They also made sure that they protect the rest of the house and cleaned up every night before they left. They kept me informed the whole time about what they were doing and what followed next, so I felt comfortable and in control of the process. The electrician and the plumber also spent a lot of time with us to go over our options and help us choose the best design. I was amazed how quickly all of the work was finished and the quality and attention to detail was great. There were heavy rains during the first week and some water leaked in the basement through some cracks in the walls. The crew took care of the issue and checked and fixed a few other cracks as well, without any delays for the overall project. At the end of the two weeks everything looked great and now my family enjoys using all the extra space in our beautiful basement. We found a few minor issues after the work was done and Vitalij came back quickly and fixed them all. When Igor came for the final overview and to settle the remainder of the bill, he was very transparent and clear about all of the pricing and the materials and labour used, etc. There were no unexpected costs or expenses and we even came a little bit under the budget that we had discussed initially.
Over all, working with Finished Basement was a great experience, they did an amazing job and were a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to all my friends. Thank you!
