I found the perfect side table to match my leather platform bed here! I got 2 beautiful leather side table, made with high quality leather that my partner just kept sniffing the side tables for the leather smell! They were pretty pricey as it costed $350 for one side table, but they are definately worth it!
This is definitely a hidden gem! It's an online store but it has a warehouse in Richmond and Surrey with plenty of inventory to browse at. We bought a beautiful leather platform king size bed for $1200! And it's high quality leather too! Worth to check them out if you are looking for a sofa or bed!
They definitely have a wide selection of fabric for window treatments. On the second floor of the store, it’s all there. Some can get pricey though, but it’s definitely good quality fabric. I checked Fabricland on Marine Dr and the selection is nothing compared to Fabricana. I bought some fabrics to make curtains myself for my new home and it’s beautiful! It’s difficult to find ready to hang curtains to my liking. I did some mix and match of fabrics and the result was really good. The staffs there were really helpful too if you are a first time sewer!
This place is full of discounted items! Their stocks are very random. So if you see something you like, you will have to get it right away, otherwise it will be gone. I bought some home accessories such as shower curtains, coasters, patio chairs...prices are alot cheaper if you can find something that matches your taste. Tip is to check often and look hard!
Gotta love ikea! They have a great selection and allows for a lot of customization! The only shortfall is people will recognize your furnitures and every other household might have the same tv stand as you. If you don't mind that, then it's great to mix and match your furnitures at a reasonable price!
I have shopped around a lot at different furniture stores and I must say the service here isn't quite as satisfactory as others. The staffs are not as attentive and slow. I guess it will be good if you have your mind set already and don't need much service. We bought a desk set from the store. We did a lot of research online and it seems like we were even more knowledgeable on the products than the staffs. However they are the only ones that sells the collection we wanted so we bought from them at the end.
