The customer was not always right with Tony from Antique Hardwood Flooring today. Our very expensively redone floors(1 year old), are a mess, chipped and old looking. Upon arrival at our home, Tony immediately put us on the defensive, laughed in a condescending manner, and told us we could NOT possibly be using the cleaning products we’ve been using for years (Bona). Humidity (or lack of it)is apparently our issue (his throat hurt he said from the dry air in our home)and we should open a window. Tony identified an issue with our aging humidifier, which has supposedly not been working for years, although serviced and filter replaced annually. Not sure why the flooring problem exists now and not before. Could this issue been handled in a more professional manner? Very bad customer service and very disappointed.
