Workmanship was outstanding; built three bedrooms with walk-in closets; installed all electrical elements; roughed in kitchen plumbing and electric; completed two washrooms with wall to wall ceramic, toilets, vanities; All doors were installed, including closet doors; Rough in for a laundry room; Floors will be done at a later time. Work was done accurately and cleaned up afterwards. This project was only the beginning. Work to be continued in the Fall. MTEC Corp is a professional company and reliable. I recommend this company to others looking to create an apartment within basement.

My basement was renovated by MTEC with professionalism. From starting the demo to a complete finish, I was so impressed by the workmanship. Their workmanship on their electrical expertise, installation of wall paneling, ceiling trim; expertise in laying out ceramic flooring; plumbing; partitioning and creating a new room; installing hardwood floors; finally painting and baseboards.
