Gianmarco and crew have done several projects for us over the last year, all with great results. At 2 houses, they have done projects including landscaping, basement, electrical and multiple bathrooms. Further, they come to use as a referral from family who have had a complete basement remodel.

This is the second time I've worked with MTEC and I'm very happy with the service they provided.

First time they renovated my basement. This time they removed a wall and redid my laundry room.

Gianmarco and his team were very professional and showed up everyday to the job which with most contractors, isn't always the case. Eric, who runs the job site went above and beyond to make sure it was done exactly how we wanted it. We let him know early that the details mattered to us and he worked with us everyday to ensure that we were informed with what was happening and that we were happy with the work.

One specific thing I wanted to mention besides the laundry room is something they did for my gym. My squat rack was just a little too tall for my basement so Gianmarco and Eric were able to add a drywall box to the ceiling. Again, Eric worked with me so that everything fit perfectly and it turned out better than I could have expected.

I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and I will definitely be working with MTEC again in the future.

Work for us included: knocking down a wall, extending basement, levelling floor, re-do plumbing, installing bi-fold doors, tiling backsplash, adding gym flooring, drywall box in the ceiling.

We upgraded to pot lights in our basement and replaced our carbon monoxide / smoke alarms. We were pleased with their work. Odesh was very helpful and professional.
