Had a security system put in our home for the first time and we called ADT. Wonderful staff, especially the technician that came to our home. Took us through the alarm system step by step. New we are safe in our own home.
Had to move my mom from her home of 54 years and the staff at Crescent Moving & Storage were a godsend. Not only did they help us pack her home, but did it with a smile. They also moved her into her new retirement home and arranged for the items she didn't have room for to be put in storage at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend them on the basis of their rates, professionalism and helpfulness. Very impressed.
Bought a vacuum from Beam of Canada 6 months ago and had nothing but problems with my unit. I brought it in several times to be repaired. For something brand new, it sure didn't run brand new. Kept fixing it, but the same problem kept happening. Then I found out that my unit WAS NOT brand new, but refurbished. I paid almost $500 for my refurbished but thought it was brand new vacuum. NOT impressed. They finally offered to give me another vacuum for the same value but I put up such a stink they gave me my money back.
Last year I bought a fixer upper house and went to Nordel Home Hardware for most of my supplies. Since this was the first time I had done this I was a bit of a dummy when it came to picking out top quality items for my new home. The staff was always eager to assist me in anyway possible. Very friendly and courteous and very interested in seeing pictures of the finished project. I will probably never attempt to fix a home up again, but if I do I know I can count on the staff at Nordel Home Hardware.
I have been dealing with Colin from John Sadler Mechanical since 2005. They are are not always punctual but they are professional and courteous. There prices are very comparable and they always get the job done right the first time. The office staff is also wonderful and a pleasure to talk with.
I was given a feather duvet & pillow set for mothers day. My girls bought it for me but lost the receipt. There were stains on the duvet and I wanted to take it back and exchange it. They did the exchange for me with no receipt, no problem. I love shopping at Jysk as the prices are so reasonable and they are always bringing in new stock.
Estimate on bedbug problem & treating cockroaches
Got this company to treat my cockroach problem. He did fine and got rid of them, but when I discovered I had bedbugs, I called him. He spent less then a minute in my rental suite and told me that I had a minor problem and not to worry. I felt something was not quite right so I called another company only to find out I had an infestation. If he had of only took the time that the other company did, then he would have gotten the job. I would not recommend him.
Have been using Praise Carpet Cleaning since 2005. Not only are they friendly and courteous, but they do a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. With 7 rooms and stairs to clean it can be costly, but Praise always gives a price we can afford.
Had a problem with bedbugs and Care Pest was there. Their highly trained staff as well as their trained bedbug detection dogs were wonderful. Addressed all our concerns and problems until the infestation was eliminated. Would highly recommend them.
