CertaPro Painters (of Brampton and Mississauga East) were simply great. I was introduced to Ed during our first meeting and walkthrough of the property. After finding out the goal of my project was he was quick to recommend certain things that I should or shouldn't have painted. His experience allowed him to complete the walkthrough quickly and efficiently and a contract was ironed out in a matter of a couple days. The painting was finished in good time and on the day of the final walkthrough (with Ed) I was able to see that the finished product was exactly as I had envisioned. The property was clean and I couldn't tell that any painters had even stepped foot inside the home. I would recommend Ed and his team at CertaPro Painters of Brampton and Mississauga East to family and friends.

I had some weed problems with my lawn but was hesitant to use any lawn care service as it was costly compared to if I was to do it myself. With a particularly busy summer ahead of me however, I started to research some lawn care companies to take on the task. By coincidence Hometurf called me (random calling to recruit customers) and I signed up under one condition; that they would only sign me up for one year. I made myself extremely clear that I did not want to renew the service next year. This was spring/summer/fall of 2018. Fast forward to today, April 4th 2019, I come home from work to find a fertilizer on my lawn with a sign Hometurf sign stuck in my grass. I called them to inquire about the service and the only explanation I received was that nobody from Hometurf had noted on my file that the subscription was for one year only. The representative on the phone asked her supervisor if the bill could be waived but the supervisor said I was on the hook for the service because I didn't call in the cancel. No exceptions even if it was their own fault. The amount I'm being charged isn't a lot but that's not the point of this review. The point of this review is to warn people that this company isn't trustworthy. I am truly disappointed and I will do my best to warn others of their deceitful tacticts.
