Few years ago was in the market for a sofa bed and had checked out places like Ikea but couldn't find what I wanted. A relative introduced me to Sofa So Good and when I went there, the sales person was able to find exactly what I wanted in terms of size, type, style, and equally important, the quality of the both the sofa and bed components. Am very happy with the purchase and my guests have commented on the sofa bed being as comfortable to sleep on as a real bed.

Use to live at a condo in East Vancouver, where I was being bitten by some unseen creature for many nights. Several neighbours said the building had used Poulin's to rid them of a cockroach infestation years before I lived there. Called Poulin's up and the exterminator was able to identify the pest as bed bugs. He applied the necessary chemicals throughout the my unit but the life cycle of the bed bug required two more treatments over a span of several weeks before I was rid of them. Three different exterminators showed up and each of them was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining how the treatment worked and how to identify the bed bugs breeding locations. Most thankful for their help in ridding of the pests.

Bought a Sony notebook computer from them and was able to get a discount on the computer bag. Sales rep was courteous and helpful in answering my questions regarding the different types of computers. The price may not be the cheapest around but the after sales service was great.

Wanted to upgrade my desktop computer so shopped around on-line looking for a new hard drive and memory. Found a weekly sale at A-power that matched exactly what I was looking for. Made the order on-line and went to go pick up the parts. The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the compatibility of the parts I was planning to use. Have recommended them to various friends.

Had to go find some hardwood floor replacement for a 70 year old house where the floor need to be repaired beside the fireplace. It was extremely difficult to find comparable hardwood of that age and colour but a friend directed me to Jack's. Went there on a weekend and after searching around for a while,, found a bundle of hardwood that almost matched exactly what we needed. The price was reasonable for what was available and the service was friendly. Great place to go find hard to find and older reno-type materials.

Needed to excavate to expose the underside of a house foundation in North Vancouver and found that the soil was very dense. Rate of digging was extremely slow due to the dense soil conditions so I drove to the nearest Rona store and tried to find a tool that would help. Asked the store personnel and they directed me to a large steel pry bar which could loosen the soil before digging. Bought the tool and it worked great.

They were willing to match the price of a competitor's advertised price for an Asus Transformer tablet computer bundle when I called so I made the trip to purchase the machine from them. They provided excellent service and when the computer was found to have a manufacturing defect, I returned the product within 7 days and they immediately exchanged it for a new one. Excellent service and reasonable price. I would and have recommended them to my friends.
