Norm in Toronto

I should have written this review last year when Tecum replaced our pool liner as well as some other small fixes. The cost was FAR less than another company whose prescription was to almost build a new pool! I am very grateful I found them and have moved my pool service to them

Aaron came to look at two ellipticals I had that were in a poor state. He found a rusted welded rivet on one that was close to breaking. If it had broken while in use, a serious injury could have resulted. This elliptical couldn't be safely fixed. The other elliptical was non-functional with many loose parts. Aaron fixed that in short order and examined all parts to ensure no additional maintenance was required. I would definitely use them again. I will now use them on a regular basis for preventative maintenance

I bought a floor model faucet. After it was installed, I notice that there was no aerator. I called to get it replaced. After six months and 2 failed attempts where they sent me the wrong size, they finally said, "floor models are as is". I assumed that referred to cosmetics not whether it was working properly. Anyway, I will go to the plumbing supply store and pick up the $6 part myself. They don't serve customers. They just take orders. They are also not knowledgeable about what they sell since they don't seem to know what the correct size part was

Power went out in half the house. Muhammad came quickly and presented his credentials and costs before starting. The panel box was defective. He told me the cost upfront to replace the box with a bigger box and add 7 new breakers so that every line had its own breaker as per code. He was professional, courteous, and didn't leave until the job was done right even though it took longer than expected. You definitely want the job to be done right when dealing with electricity. Did he do a great job - absolutely. Was he the cheapest guy - no. But would you want the cheapest brain surgeon to operate on you?
