Useless Customer Service and Service in General
I had been a customer of now SecureTek (it was something else before) for 10 years. The system malfunctioned on multiple occasions and they would not evaluate it unless I paid $150/hr for them to come take a look. Finally, after enough hassle, I opted to cancel my contract only find out that they had just renewed it (without any communication outside of the contract signed 10 years ago) and would charge me $1300 to cancel. Overall a company with very poor customer support. Stay away!
