We had several quotes for our windows and Dmitri was competitive in pricing and knowledge, not to mention product! We had all our upstairs windows replaced (six total). Everything was installed efficiently and cleanly. All the appointments to measure and install were done at our convenience and promptly. There was no mess to clean up afterwards, and we noticed a huge difference in the warmth of the house. When we had questions after the installation on how to balance the humidity in the house with these new windows, Dmitri was very helpful with information. Mark and his crew did an awesome job insulating our attic and installing a new bathroom fan! We really did feel a difference the first night!! And I've never experienced such a quiet fan! Mark was efficient in quoting us and following up with any questions we asked. He also set up the process for the GreenON rebate. Just waiting for the cash back now. Everything was very professional.
