After 16 years my Keeprite furnace had to be replaced. The Consumer Reports indicates that the Trane furnace is the least repaired furnace on the market. I obtained 3 estimates from various companies and 2 of the estimates were not itemized. This indicates to me that I am wasting their time. I called Button’s Heating Inc. and Mr. Rick Lawson; the Sales Representative took the time to explain everything in detail with me. My new Trane furnace was installed by Mike, Rusty and Bill from Button Heating Inc. and I am very happy with my new Trane furnace. This amazing team is awesome and deserves official bragging rights.
