Sales rep was amazing - thorough, friendly, courteous, and attentive to customer needs.
Everything went great (although I forgot to ask to keep my baseboard the worker cut out of the kitchen... and by the time I realized the worker took it with him he was already gone) except for the fact that one of the shelves were chipped before I even got a chance to use it. Fortunately all it took was a phone call and I have an appt for a new shelf, though I wish such a replacement was more expedient that a two week time frame, I understand - I gather they need to make a new one. PS I don't like recommending a product unless I am 100% satisfied with everything as it is my name behind the recommendation. What I may do is give a truthful recommendation on my entire experience and let others decide if they want to use them or not.
