Paul is punctual, thorough, knowledgeable and very down-to-earth. The quality of his work is very good. He also cleans up the area where he has been working, which I really appreciated because not all plumbers do that. He has a great work ethic and has become our go-to-plumber.

Vatche was great. He came with a helper/intern, and ensured that we were totally satisfied with the work. We needed a water shut off and subsequent turn on from the city; their timing was uncertain but Vatche and his helper stayed until the water was turned back on and tested everything to make sure it all worked, before they left, which ended up being late in the evening. That was really nice of them to do. The waiting was not a good use of their time, but to give us assurance, they stuck around, which is great service.

We had used Imperial for an air conditioner installation a few years ago. Then a month ago, it stopped working so we thought to call them to check it out. We contacted them and they walked us through the trouble shooting over the phone. It was amazing! They helped us out without any expectation of being compensated. And it was late at night too. Norman is wonderful! We are fans. If ever we need any other service, we won’t be calling anyone else.

We are extremely satisfied with the work performed by Bachly. The staff are extremely professional, quotes are detailed, they are responsive, follow-up and communicate quickly. And the quality of work output is high - we had such bad experiences with other contractors in the past, so working with Bachly was refreshing. We enjoyed our experience and definitely recommend them.
