I had some major waves in my carpet on two levels. I wasn't sure they could be re-stretched to make them last another 2 years... Patrick did a great job considering what he had to work with. In the areas that were not co-operating due to age and condition of the carpet, he provided solutions to attempt to resolve the issue. We are quite happy with the results and grateful that Patrick was able to save our carpet for a little longer.

Tackle was recommended to me by my local bathroom store.. and so glad I called. They were quite reasonably priced, especially compared to some others I called. They were able to source a part for my old discontinued shower system and even though there were some difficulties getting everything to work, they never gave up and my shower is running perfectly again.
