I called Kerry around 9PM after i found out that my garage door lift was locked with the key inside. Don't ask me how i did it. He asked if it is urgent or i can wait until the morning. I liked his gentle approach to the discussion. I opted for the morning and here he comes. It was a 25 year old tough steel door. It took less than half an hour for him to find the hook and release the lock. Also he was kind enough to verify the model of the opener(which was 22 years old and chamberlain said there is no additional keys they sell) as i told him that i have only one garage door opener remote. He brings a brand new key and sets it up with the opener and charges the same fee as a homedepot will do for the remote. There are emergency garage unlock specialists who demand double the price of new door opener just to unlock the garage doors but kerry very nominal in price, prompt service and a nice gentleman to work with.

I found their ad in Kijiji and i was unable to believe that their advertised price and hence booked an appointment to visit their showroom near the airport. I met with mike and his brother and it was no pushy sales and they let me take my time unlike other mattress stores and they didn't ask me the question "Are you buying today?". They don't have a lot of mattress for you to try but they do have a dozen branded mattress on the floor like simmons, Searsopedic, sealy, Bearns& foster, Kingsdown etc. Every mattress i tried felt very good because i think they made their selection not on availability but based on best sellers. I chose to go with Simmons and bought it the same day(!!!) and they offered to deliver it the next day. I think the next day delivery is simply impossible(with anyone including big box stores) unless you are lucky and you happen to live on the delivery route. They matched the box very close to the same colour as the mattress. Now the magic happens. Mattress got delivered and set up. Mike and his brother take the payment and leave. I am not a day sleeper at all. I just lay down on the mattress and somehow closed my eyes and realized i am dozing off. I got out of the bed and felt money well spent!! Thanks mike it was and still is a good experience.

I called up Oleg after reading many reviews here about their work. Oleg came on time and did a detail diagnosis of the basement and explained what needs to be done and offered to start the job in a couple days. We made the deal to pay 10% on the first day and the remaining payment after successful completion. The crew was friendly and cleaned up every day after work. Two days after they completed the work we had some biggest thunderstorms in toronto and obviously all the corners where they cannot get a jumping jack to compact sank. I called them out and their supervisor Mike came with the crew to fix the areas which sank and added more Dirt to account for compaction. while all the little issues happening my basement remained dry without leaks. Mike made it a task to come to my house and check it out after a few weeks of thunderstorms. Now everything is settled and i am happy to work with these guys again. You certainly want your contractor to come back and fix the issues if there are any after completed their work. Thats why i recommend them highly for your waterproofing needs.

After reading great reviews from Homestars i called up New steel Roofers. Max came and provided a quote for laying a new roof. The whole process was easy, no pressure and very easy to work with their Sales team. My original shingles were quoted for around 8K. For double the price i am very happy with the lifetime metal roof. They informed me 3 days before the agreed date. These guys came in on the said date and time and the team is the most professional team i have ever worked with. They are all done in 3 days and left the jobsite very clean every day. I also had few additions to the original quote i told the team and without any fuss they did it with no additional cost. Except for the advance remainder was paid after the job was completed. Very Promptly they mailed me the warranty request card and called me twice in 60 days after the installation to make sure that i don't see any issues with the installation. Girls who answer the phone are very courteous and prompt as well and seem to know every project that is happening. Thanks Max!!! You cannot go wrong with New Steel Roofers!!!
