Very Bad Customer Service
I placed an order for a sliding window on 26 Feb, the owner John told me the order will be ready to be picked up in 10 days. I added an order on 28 two days later and called to follow up on 1st March and confirmed with the receptionist that the 2 orders have been placed since I have an inspection on the 10th. When I picked up the order on the 7th, I found that there’s only one, I asked the receptionist how could it possibly happen. Suddenly, John jumped up to me and raised his voice and said “when the order is not here, it’s not here, what do you want? I cannot make it here magically!” I think he should say “sorry” instead. Finally, I got the add-on order on the 13th and I missed the inspection.
