The staff in the showroom was very helpful with our request for a certain type of hardwood to match existing hardwood in our home. We received a separate quote for each job and decided proceed with the hardwood in the living room & Dining rooms. The delivery of the hardwood was done in a few days and the installation was completed in one day. There were a couple of issues that needed attention after installation. Mike the owner came himself and correct them without any hesitation. I was unsure about the colour of carpet I wanted installed and received a couple of samples to take home to see how I liked them. We finally decided on a colour and was told it would take a week to deliver. It can in before the week and an appointment was set up the following week to install the carpet. The installer were done by the end of the day and cleaned up behind themselves. The worked hard all day and did a wonderful job. I would recommend Expert Flooring to everybody. They did a great job and the showroom staff was very efficient and did not push any products. They were helpful and efficient.
