In 2019, I was renovating the basement of my 100 year old house - to replace the very old crumbling clay horizontal sewer line out to the street. I had several unsatisfactory quotes from other plumbers. I then contacted Dr Pipe. Max was very reasonable and very efficient and timely. They also suggested a backwash valve that will prevent the sewer from ever backing up into the house - I agreed and they provided an excellent price and did a superb job. This week, I decided to install the Moen Flo valve (sold by Home Depot Canada and Amazon.ca) that shuts off all water to the house - IF ever there is a leak anywhere in the house in the toilet or water tank etc I immediately contacted Max - who provided an excellent price and was able to install it shortly after the valve arrived. I was very pleased as no leaks and they cleaned up afterwards. I will use Max and Dr Pipe for any future plumbing jobs. I strongly recommend this company.

My house faces due south - the kitchen and porch facing due south have always been unbearable in summer months from May through September. I had Krumpers solar blinds installed in kitchen and porch in may 2021. for the first time in many years, I was able to sit in the porch without secondary portable AC unit being used. Empirically, it reduced the kitchen temperature from approx 30 C to 23 C.

I replaced old, low end windows in my porch with the most expensive, high R value windows that were available. It was a big job - they started at 8 am and finished at 6 pm - with no breaks! They were extremely meticulous - including spray foam on BOTH sides of each window - inside and outside. The flashing was done perfecting - absolutely flawless - the seams were perfect and no scratches at all on any flashing. they cleaned up everything upon completion. i have used Home Depot Contracting many times over the years for big stuff eg new windows throughout house, new storm doors, new furnace, new water tank, new oak floors, new garage door etc I am extremely pleased with the product AND the installation - AND the extended warranty in every instance.

Arrived on time, and finished the job much more quickly than was expected and then cleaned up completely afterwards. I was very pleased.
