Installation of hardwood on top floor of a house
Team knew what they were doing and were obviously experienced. Team also focused on finishing on time - but, crews did not always arrive at the time expected. So, the end of the job was rushed. There was a little concern that they did not share deficiencies and instead waited for me to identify them before fixing them. And, they left quickly before I could do a review - so, I had to call them back. Deficiencies are expected and the team addressed all deficiencies.
