I called SwatWildlife and got a very personable lady on the phone that assured me Swat was a totally humane company (that was of the utmost importance to us). I was given an appointment for the next day, which was sooner than I expected.Our problem was with racoons in our chimney, the technician was very knowledgeable and immediately went to work to solve our problem. We were most impressed that he explained how to prevent future destruction and by SwatWildlife taking care of these areas in advance we have had no futher problems. I certainly would recommend this company, in all areas right from the initial phone conversation until the job was completed, they were very professional.
