We had wasps coming out from a gap in the corner of the upstairs floor. At first we tried to take care of it ourselves by aiming bug spray into the hole and plugging it up with steel wool, but the wasps still managed to squeeze through so it was time to call in the experts. Gancy was able to come by later the same day, which was a big relief because there really were too many wasps buzzing around in the room. After looking at the site, he explained what he would do, and in about 30 min the job was done. He said it may take a few days before all the wasps are gone, but we can call him back if we see any more flying around, which we did end up doing. Our wasps were very persistent and quite a few of them escaped into the house over the next day, some flying and others dead on the floor and window sill. I let Gancy know and he came back the next day, on a Saturday, to apply more pesticide. The 6 month guarantee really gives you peace of mind, and the price was very fair. Gancy was also very good with communicating, responding to inquiries promptly and letting us know when he's heading over. I would not hesitate to call Pestzone again for any pest problems in the future.

We found Alex and his assistant Jason to be very hardworking and a pleasure to deal with. Our walls were a bit crazy (not level, warped in some places), but they patiently worked through the challenges and gave us a beautiful backsplash and floors to match. My mom and I kept walking over to the kitchen to admire the new tiles, haha. Tiling is a messy job but they tried to keep our place as clean as possible throughout the process. The price was very reasonable as well. We highly recommend VNC Construction.
