Ryan got back to us quickly and did a reasonable quote for us when he said he would. He worked hard, was friendly, polite + a total pro all the way - even working after it got dark! We've had no issues with leaking skylights since - thanks Ryan for peace of mind + a job well done!

Safetech has provided us with a home alarm system that has worked well for the past 18 months. The service and installation have been great to date and we have had peace of mind knowing our home is monitored not only for breakins but fire as well.

We moved my boyfriend's parents from a 3 bedroom house in North York to a 2 bedroom condo in Woodbridge, and I have never had such a smooth, stress free moving experience in my life. From the beginning, Tender Touch offered superior customer service in every way. Even though we booked too late for a free consultation, Erika took the time to look at my list of items and provide me with an estimate for the move, which turned out to be very accurate. Maria answered my many questions, and both ladies consistently provided detailed information in a timely fashion. On move day, Elvis, Justin and Gary were friendly, polite and hard working. They took great care with our things, and made sure they wrapped everything thoroughly, and put down floor mats. They also made sure they placed all items in the appropriate spots in the new place. They were professional + friendly throughout the entire experience, way to go guys! I would highly recommend Tender Touch Moving to anyone who values attention to detail, and friendly, professional customer service! It is easy to see why they were the Best of '08! We recently purchased a 7 piece dining set from Fair Value Furniture and we are very pleased with both the product and the level of customer service we received. When we initially visited the store,they didn't have the exact type of Parsons chair I wanted,and they were willing to go the extra mile to find an importer in the GTA who dealt with chairs with my desired specifications, and they followed up with me as soon as they discovered a new product that fit my specs more closely than what they had in stock. We did have to wait a little longer than anticipated for delivery, but in fairness, extreme weather was a factor, and delivery costs were more than reasonable. Overall, Fair Value furniture provided us with great customer service and excellent products for their price point-I would recommend them to anyone looking for an attractive dining set that won't break the bank! My initial experience with Structube was positive, the quality and design of the furniture were great for their price point, and their store staff were polite and helpful. The problems started when I ordered a dining set with 6 Parsons chairs. After considerable time spent online and in the store, and taking a sample chair home, I returned to the store the next day only to find that the chairs I wanted weren't available for several months. There was no notice of this whatsoever on their website or from staff. I had already paid for a matching table and I asked for a refund. I was informed that they couldn't refund me at that time as it had to come from head office. I emailed their customer service department-they did not reply. One thousand dollars and several hours later, I still have no dining set. Why is the customer forced to wait indefinitely for a refund due to Structube's own supply level errors? Why do they not have current availability information on their site and for their staff? Based on this experience, I would not shop there again.
