Great company we plan to use again for their services
We had a great experience with this company. They arrived early and were courteous and respectful. The job they did on 3 rooms, a hallway, and our staircase was outstanding. A couple of things to note - I was not aware that you had to pay the HST on the Groupon when they did the carpet cleaning & they used to move furniture for you, but that is now an additional charge.
After experiencing a bad windstorm in our area, my insurance company provided me with two phone numbers to contact, one of those being Peak Installations. When I called them, I was told they were very busy and it would be a few weeks before they came to assess damage to my home. They told me to sign and return paperwork giving them permission to be on my property, which I never did. I contacted the other company my insurance company told me to contact and they were at my home within 48 hours. I had them come and do the repairs to my home for a cost of $165. Peak installations claimed to do over $600 of emergency repairs to my roof and provided an estimate for thousands of dollars. I never gave them permission to be on my property, never signed any documents at any time and now they pester me to pay the $600 they claim they incurred to fix my roof. They never did any emergency repairs and were never given permission to examine my home. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
