As a busy entrepreneur and business owner, it is difficult to find time to do any of my own home renovation tasks. I have painted before in our previous home, but have found the task to be tedious and difficult to manage around hectic family/work schedules. Based on the new layout, corners and cut ins of our current home, we were hesitant to tackle the large project on our own. As the years slipped by, I was getting pretty fed up with the awful matte institution yellow that the builder had chosen, but was unable to come to a decision on which colours would best complement our decor. Through the magic of networking, I was put in touch with Megan Shpyth and her team. Megan not only began by providing us colour wheels, but she insisted on paint swatches on specific walls to help us decide which paint actually look best in each area. Just this act alone helped sharpen our choices, as many colours are not as they appear on paper. This saved us from regretting a potentially bad room colour choice, and prevented us from unnecessary costs of painting over an area for a second time. When the team came to site, they were punctual, professional, and met the timelines Megan promised. They filled all the nail holes (and even all of our move in/kid drywall damage!) and did an excellent job of the interior of our home (no floor paint droplets or ceiling paint mistakes!). All of the painters on our site had a temperament so warm towards my children, my daughters were sad to see them go. It was a real pleasure to have them in our home. It has been a year since our work was completed, and we continue to this day to remark on how much we LOVE the new interior of our house. It finally feels like our home! I absolutely recommend the knowledgeable and skilled Megan for any future painting project you may have. Let her show you how easy and reasonably priced a new coat of paint can be, I was truly impressed. The only thing I regret about our experience is not doing this sooner! - Jordan
