Ms20 showed immediate interest in my service request even though I had contacted other companies local to Richmond Hill. I didn't even know Ms20 existed until they reached out to me. Their responses were pleasantly prompt and worked with my hasty schedule to move out. They were the only ones to provide services for all of my requests (below) and by far the most cost effective. I'm very happy with the quality of the work by the Ms20 cleaner. I was given a flat charge for 2 hours of work, but she was there for well over that without any surcharge. I requested cleaning before moving out of the house on short notice. Two floors of tile and carpet needed vacuuming and sweeping of pet hair, including a living room, basement, kitchen, 1 washroom and a bedroom. A sofa set needed cleansing of pet hair and urine. The refrigerator reeked of raw pet foods, which was cleaned thoroughly by the service. I did not have high expectations for the type of work that needed to be done, despite the positive reviews. I am quite impressed by Ms20 and cannot recommend them enough. I will certainly be using them again when needed.
