Tried another local Shoppe who told me not fixable...need new fireplace. Stopped in at Fire Away for second opinion...3 days later tech showed up on time with a couple of blowers to try as my fireplce older (1998) and parts difficult to source. 90 minutes after arrival....fireplace working and glass insert cleaned as well. Did what was needed and no attempt to upsell. So happy!
