Level Q is an excellent company, highly professional and more importantly a trusted company. We had gone through plenty of other contractors, and obtained many different quotes. We had the opportunity to go with other contractors, However boy am I glad we took our time in researching these other contractors--not only did they have bad time management, but they didn't show up to jobs , performed a terrible job and took client's money and ran off without completing the job. Level Q is NOT like this at all !!, Ehab the CEO of Level Q, is a smart, knowledgable, creative, attentive, trustworthy individual who sincerely cares in performing not just a job well done but to perform quality work with quality products. He helped us through every step and provided his recommendations along the way. His team was also a pleasure to have in our home, they were trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. We loved his father, who assisted us in every aspect of the job and is very very knowledgeable. The work that was done in our home was top to bottom-- new flooring, new bedrooms, new bedroom closets, new 3 piece washrooms, new custom made kitchen with beautiful white tiles and cabinetry with the addition of open concept living room and dining. Basement was also done new flooring, 3piece washroom, laundry and wash, 1 bedroom with huge closet (and more)--- Everything was done according to my family and I's dream. These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned (he even showed us how it would look using 3D equipment). During the entire process Ehab kept us up to date and on budget with everything. Ehab's pricing was comprehensive with no surprises. Our favourite part of this whole process was not only how the kitchen turned out (which is our favourite part) but how we gained a family in whom we have no affiliation with. During the project, Ehab and his team would include us in every aspect of the project. He made us not feel like we were strangers in our own home. They had respect, amazing customer service and always communicated effectively about everything. He met every deadline , and even followed up after the whole project was completed. We recommended Level Q to everybody, especially the ones who like to converse and interact with people. We couldn't be more happier then to select Ehab and his team. Ehab -- you know you ain't done yet, lol as we have more intentions on doing outdoor work next. Thank you for your amazing hard-work & your patience, Keep it up -- you are legendary !!
