My fireplace went down after Christmas and I called another company first to come fix it and they were a no show. Then I called True Flame Gas and was given a specific day and time Jeff would arrive and he did! He cleaned out the fireplace and fixed it by replacing my safety sensor that failed. He had everything he needed as well as protected the floor where he worked. Jeff was a professional from the moment I talked to him over the phone to the moment he stepped out of my house. I would definitely recommend him to someone who wants their fireplace repaired by someone they can trust.
