Had a dishwasher and washing-machine start to leak on my in the span of 3 days, just as the COVID-19 Virus was starting to ramp up. Was worried service would be hard to find, was worried about having service people in the house for everyone's safety. Washer was a quick fix, quickly identified and repaired with no need for a new part. Could have found it myself, but experience is always a time saver! The dish washer was a different story, the technician identified the problem as being a damaged washer from installation, not much else he could do. We were both very careful about space, and the company assured me that the technicians were taking extra precautions. Not major problems, but they were easy to communicate with, were prompt and were very fair with pricing. Which is exactly what I was looking for and needed.
