We use their services for steam cleaning carpets and bringing them back to life after long leases. Almost all stains are removed by their spot treatments and the final outcome is much better than something like carpet shampoo. I will be using them in the future as well. Great service provider.

Can Service is always responsive and lets me know if they would be able to dispatch a technician in the same day. Some times they meet my tenants directly and coordinate - always a breeze. Can service even provides me with service to vacant properties and will pick up and return keys at my request. I call them 3-10 times in a given week for HVAC and Plumbers for the most part, with occasional electrical. I would reccomend them highly for plumbing and Hvac in condominium units for the most part. Minimum charge is 1.5 hours but charges are reasonable and the Can Service team is built to work well with their customer. Keep up the great work Can service! To break down their costs, they charge a 1.5 hour minimum, 70/h for handyman - 75/h for plumber - 100/h for hvac - 125/h for electrician from my recollection. Great contractor.
