Door2 Door moved us from our 4 bedroom, 2 storey home to our 2 bedroom condo apartment. I had met the owner before through a realtor friend who highly recommended the company. The recommendation was excellent, and the reality was belter than we had ever expected. The crew arrived on time, were careful to keep the move clean, and efficient, with no time wasted. They did an excellent job moving us into the apartment. We needed to move over 100 boxes to a storage unit, but decided (wisely) that doing this up and down stairs from our basement would be ill advised, so we called them back and they made short work of this task as well. Moving is never easy to do - especially when downsizing - the preparation packing, and then unpacking are time consuming and exhausting. Door2Door took over the other hard parts - the move out and then move in a virtual walk in the park. We recommend them highly and when our daughter bought a house, we immediately advised her to use Door2Door, and as expected, they lived up to their excellent reputation.

All work was done on time, professionally and to our satisfaction. Paul was very professional and provided information that continues to serve us well.

Paul was very effective. Calls were returned promptly and and requests were handled effectively. He explained the product and the process in simple, easily understood terms. When asked about other furniture, he was honest, not hesitating to say if he felt it was not justifiable (the rug) economically. He knows the product and is extremely client focused.
