I have to write about my experience with Moncada Windows & Siding. From making style suggestions to cost savings, my wife and I couldn't be happier with the end results. The transformation from before to after is absolutely amazing. The new windows and especially the front door makes a huge difference in curb appeal. The front door alone is something special. We called Silvana @ Grand Alarms to get a door contact reconnected because we had a new door installed, and she was great. She not only had it reconnected free of charge (reg. $75.00), she also was able to reduce our monthly montoring rate. DOUBLE BONUS!!! We've been with Grand Alarms for 5 years, changed our backup battery for free too, when it wouldn't take a charge anymore. Great people, great service!!! 10++++ Robert & Claudia
