Work was done but was not 'speedy' or fairly priced
Used Speedy for the first time to fix my washing machine and refrigerator. I repeatedly requested an itemized quote via email as I was quoted a high price over the phone and told that parts needed to be ordered. Received no quote, only a vague invoice for a total payment when the work was complete. The work also took several days and there was no communication re: repair time — I had to keep calling them for an update. The appliances did get fixed but due to lack of transparency into billing and no updates on job status, not sure I will use this company again.
