After careful consideration and meeting with several companies, we hired Vishaal at AV Creations to install a custom home theatre. They made a good first impression when they came to my home for a complimentary consultation. We discussed options and had a bunch of back and forth over email to tailor their proposal. Throughout the process Vishaal was attentive and responsive. AV Creations was also the most cost-effective option for us. During the installation Vishaal and his team took great care and showed respect for my property. He was patient and persistent as he overcame expected obstacles. They went above and beyond and made sure any necessary holes to run concealed wires were patched and painted. Vishaal took great lengths to make sure we were satisfied and has offered to provide follow-up support if needed. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! We have an awesome 4K projector; 125 inch screen; Dolby atmos sound setup (concealed in the walls/ceiling) and a neat media rack in the basement. I would recommend AV Creations to a friend and look forward to doing future business with them.
