Once we had agreed on what need to be done, I was kept informed all the way through. They showed up on time and completed the work required at the estimated cost. Very professional and good service.

He did a good job but left a mess behind. He never picked up the old wood that he promised to clean up. Once he got his full payment he never came back to pick up his garbage. Sorry to say. Lessons learned do not pay in full until full work is done. I hired him again to paint my apartment. Again he completed the painting and told me he can fix my floor. I asked him to keep the secure key, until floor is done, the new tenant has already moved in. Never heard from again. He literally disappeared with my key. It cost me $200 to get a new secure key. Not going to use him again.
