We had a fantastic overall experience with Leisure Pools Toronto from the time of signing the contract to jumping into the pool. It was a large project with a series of phases/steps and I have to say that each of the individuals throughout the project was very professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Melody was great with guiding us from the beginning and offering great advice with pool selection and backyard design, which turned out simply amazing. We've dealt with all three brothers with Alex managing the construction. I have nothing but great things to say about them. Professional, reasonable, flexible and basically really nice people to deal with. The same goes for the guys who did the "heavy lifting" once the pool was in, John and Josh. Great guys with a great work ethic and quality workmanship. No, things did not go according to original schedule but that should be expected on a project like this. Last summer we saw a lot of rainfall, which pushed everything back. City permits took longer than expected, unexpected things like discovering you have shale rock in your backyard. We also changed some design items and added some things (I highly recommend an outdoor shower near the pool....and a sheer descent waterfall or two). Our view was that we don't care if we lose a two or three weeks of swimming that summer. We'll be using the pool for years and we wanted to make sure great as we could possibly make it. And it is. We felt that communication was great. We were in contact with Alex, Melody as needed and John and Josh daily. The thing to keep in mind is that every backyard/project is different and although everyone from LPT is very experienced and knows what they are doing, it's up to the customer to communicate as clearly as possible what they want and what their vision is. We did that and we also asked for advice when we didn't know which option to go with. There are lots of decisions that have to be made and for us it was a collaborative process, which worked very well. We couldn't be happier with how our backyard turned out and we look forward to many staycations here. A big thank you to the whole LPT team, we highly recommend them.
