After living with a non working fireplace for years we decided it was finally time to get it going again. Jeremy fit us in right away and determined that it needed a good clean and maintenance. It was up and running within an hour. A few days later the same problem occurred (delayed ignition) and Jeremy came out again. I was very impressed that he had contacted the manufacturer to obtain a manual for the fireplace as it was pretty old. After some more tests and trouble shooting he was able to fix the issue once and for all at no charge. It was an issue that was easily missed the first time. He explained everything step by step and was very informative. We have been enjoying our fireplace ever since. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Hi Marcie, Thanks you for the kind review! Your fireplace was a great reminder to myself (and others) that there can be multiple issues that contribute to a fireplace malfunction. I did not catch the secondary issue and so I literally did my homework before coming back. As a general rule, I do not charge anything for a "call back" when the issue is related to the original service call. Thank you for sharing your experience.
