I ordered a custom glass back splashed to be painted to match the wall colour. I was told the order would take 3 weeks. However the day before it was to be delivered, I received a call telling me that the paint machine had broken and my project would be delayed 3 weeks while they waited for the new part to come in. I later learned that they out-source this type of work. During installation I cracked a piece of the glass and had to reorder. The second order was placed and 3 weeks later the order came in incomplete. Canada Glass assumed no responsibility for the mistake and said the second piece would take an additional 3 weeks. When I installed the glass, the colour did not match. At this point Canada Glass passed the responsibility off on the out-sourced company and said it would be ready in 1 week. A week and half later the order arrives but they have broken one of the glass pieces. In short a simple order that should have been ready in 3 weeks, took more 4 months to complete. I was left dissatisfied and annoyed!

No place like home was hire to remove the deteriorating front steps and form new step to a house in Forest Hill. They completed that task. Next they were contracted to supply and install flag stone over the steps and the front door landing. They completed this job but it was not to the clients satisfaction. The sides of the front steps were not veneered with the flagstone and the cement foundation was showing. The railing was poorly welded together and and started to rust immediately. I contact the owner Adam Blizzard and he said they would honour their work and fix the deficiencies as soon as the warmer weather arrived. Since Spring No Place like home has not return 1 phone call and has refused to address the deficiencies list that has grown to cracking cement and flagstone. Although that No Place like Home boost a 2 year warranty on labour and a 1 year warranty on material they fail to back this up.
